Mary Mills has served as our Office Administrator since 2007.

After graduating from the University of Washington with dual degrees, one in Communication Disorders and one in Elementary Education, I joined the Seattle Public School District as a Speech and Hearing Therapist, serving four elementary schools in the Seattle area.  I am the very proud mother of three dynamite children, Cathy, Stephen and Jennie and grandmother to five beautiful granddaughters and two handsome grandsons. As my children grew I felt the draw to rejoin the work force, beginning with many years as the Office Manager at Renton Lutheran Church and then moving on to a position as Assistant to the North Puget Sound Area Director and  member of the Fund Development Team at Lutheran Community Services Northwest.  In 2007 I joined the Saint Andrew’s team as Office Administrator. It is my privilege and pleasure to be a member of Saint Andrew’s as well as to serve the congregation.

In my spare time, you can usually find me in the kitchen, the garden or just settling down with a good book. I also enjoy aircraft of any kind, including single engine planes, hot air balloons, float planes and bi-planes. I’ve taken classes to learn how to be a pinch hitter pilot should the need arise.
