The Building and Property Committee plans and implements maintenance and construction activities affecting the facilities and equipment of Saint Andrew’s.  The committee is responsible for the church van’s maintenance and use.  The committee supports a kitchen “Advisory Group” to consider/respond to recommendations.
Committee members work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure completion of projects within budget and time schedule goals.

This committee also oversees the management and maintenance of the Memorial Garden as a final resting place for the cremains of members of this congregation.
