Coordinator: Health and Wholeness Ministry

Health and Wholeness Ministry assembles Personal Care Kits for Lutheran World Relief (LWR).

These kits are distributed by LWR around the world, providing hygiene, dignity and hope to those in crisis situations. The kits are sent to areas of the world where an emergency has occurred, and people are left with very little.  The kits supply basic items for survival.

Current Opportunities:

Lent and Easter 2024

The Health and Wholeness Ministry Committee is once again holding the Baskets of Promise drive during Lent. We are collecting articles to be put into Personal Care Kits. You can help us fill these kits by donating the items listed below. We will assemble the Kits in late April, so any items received before April 28, 2024 will be included in this spring shipment to Lutheran World Relief. Please place donations in the box near the elevator in the Narthex.
