DESCRIPTION:This event is part of the  ELCA’s “God’s work. Our hands
 ” annual day of service.  This is a volunteer opportunity to collect fo
 od to help Hopelink fight hunger in our community. \nWe are putting toget
 her teams of volunteers to be at the Crossroads QFC from 10:00 am to 4:00 
 pm to collect nonperishable food items from shoppers.  All food collected
  will go to the Hopelink Food Bank.  The job consists of handing out a 
 “shopping list” flyer and thanking people for their donations. \nShif
 ts are 1 ½ hours long*\, and 4 volunteers are needed per shift.  All age
 s can participate\, and it is a wonderful family activity!  Sign up for s

 n turn just a few hours of time into tons of food for hungry local familie
 s.
