I was ordained in 1977 and have served pastorates in Iowa, Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Cape Town, South Africa; in rural, suburban and urban settings; in solo and associate team positions; and I served as the Director of Outreach for Region 1 of the ELCA from 2002-2009.
Pastor Timothy T. Weber, Ph.D. has been a Shared-Time Pastor at Saint Andrew’s since 1994.
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with an office in Bellevue, Washington. I also serve on the pastoral staff here at Saint Andrew’s, and am an adjunct professor in the Industrial/Organizational doctoral program at Seattle Pacific University. I also provide coaching and leadership training for business professionals and organizations. (more…)

Dr. Will Simpson has served as our Director of Music Ministries since 2012.
My wife Erin and I moved here from Louisville, Kentucky in 2012. We have found Saint Andrew’s Lutheran to be one of the warmest and most caring congregations which either of us has attended. This church is a great place to do music ministry!

Sherry Grindeland has served as our Fellowship Coordinator since 2016.
My husband David and I are longtime members of Saint Andrew’s, and consider the church a second home. David sings in the Chancel Choir and I usher regularly and have enjoyed teaching Vacation Bible School the last couple years.

Mary Mills has served as our Office Administrator since 2007.
Born to an Irish Catholic mother and a Polish Catholic father, my brothers and I somehow came to be baptized into the Lutheran faith. My father was in the Navy and we traveled a good bit, never settling down in any one place for long. When I was in grade ten, my father retired and we settled in Bothell, WA. It was then that I began exploring my Lutheran faith, beginning with a Missouri synod congregation in Bothell.

Kurt Lutterman has served as our Facilities Manager since 2003.
I am one of the non-“genetic Lutherans” on the church staff. When my family was looking for a new church in Bellevue with an embracing congregation and a palpable sense of the Holy Spirit at work, we found Saint Andrew’s in 1999. This church has been a fantastic home for my faith journey.

Russ Stark has served as our Accounting Assistant since 2006.
I retired from a major corporation in New Jersey in 2001, but I was not ready to be “retired” so I went to work for a CPA in Clinton, NJ and started doing tax returns for his firm. I was already the Treasurer for our non-denominational Church and also for HOPE Bible Mission based in Morristown, NJ.

Susan Hegedus has served as our Communications Specialist since 2008.
I believe that God guides us (more often than we realize) to places we never thought we would be, but exactly where we should be. After I graduated from college, I thought I would settle into a career with Boeing Computer Services. Eight years later, I left to become a stay-at-home mom, a “career” path I didn’t think I would ever take.
