The Human Resources Committee (HRC) is an advisory group to the Executive Committee of the Congregational Council on personnel matters. The HRC makes recommendations to the Executive Committee for both rostered and non-rostered staff on employee benefits, personnel policies, conflict resolution, staffing plans, salaries, staffing budget/needs, training/leadership development and other related personnel/staffing matters.
