RE-OPENING after Temporary Closure
As of June 4, 2024: Saint Andrew’s has been able to secure a new insurance carrier/policy, and the Saint Andrew’s building and property are OPEN.
Current Status:
- June 9 and beyond: Worship on June 9 and all events and activities at Saint Andrew’s are on as scheduled.
- Semi-Annual Congregation Meeting: This meeting, scheduled for June 9, has been rescheduled to June 23, 2024, and will be in-person only.

Background:
Saint Andrew’s property and liability insurance expires May 31, 2024, and our policy was not renewed by our current insurance company. Despite diligent efforts, a new insurance carrier/policy has not been secured.
The Congregation Council held an emergency meeting on May 28, 2024 to discuss the situation. Due to the high level of risk associated with operating without insurance, Council voted unanimously to close our property to all staff, members, visitors, and building users as of June 1, 2024 until insurance is back in effect.
As of June 3: We were able to secure a new carrier and policy, and can now re-open the property.
