Description:

Backpack Meals for Kids is a community-based non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers. It provides easy-to-make meals each Friday to kids in the Bellevue School District so they have food to eat over the weekend. Jan Starr, board chair of Backpack Meals for Kids, tells us more about this vital support program.
