Description:
View and discuss the film “Native Nations: Standing Together for Civil Rights.” This is a historical documentary of the Indian civil rights movement of the 1970s and 1980s as viewed through the relationship between the Indian people on and off the reservation and the Lutheran churches. This film was produced for the ELCA and aired on ABC Television in 2008. This is a very good film and provides a different perspective on the civil rights movement.
